Both stores, one dashboard
Downloads, re-downloads, updates, revenue and ratings from App Store Connect and Google Play Console – side by side, per day, per country.
Twinstats pulls downloads, revenue, reviews, conversion and crashes of your apps from App Store Connect and the Google Play Console – merged per app, converted to one currency, at a glance. Plus ASO and an AI that explains your numbers.
Sample data
If you have apps in both stores, you know the drill: two logins, two interfaces, different terms, different currencies, different time windows. Everything ends up in a spreadsheet that is never up to date.
Twinstats is built for indie devs and small studios who want to understand their numbers instead of collecting them.
Downloads, re-downloads, updates, revenue and ratings from App Store Connect and Google Play Console – side by side, per day, per country.
The iPhone and Android versions of the same app become one app. Twinstats suggests matching pairs on its own.
All currencies converted at the ECB daily rate, net proceeds and customer revenue kept apart – next to what the stores actually pay out according to their financial reports.
Twelve weeks of history, rising countries, automatic insights, any time period and CSV export – twelve months back from the moment you connect.
Impressions, page views and downloads by source; crashes and ANRs per app and version for iOS and Android.
Reviews from both stores in one place, filterable by app, stars and topic – and reply straight from Twinstats, with an AI draft if you like.
Optional: reviews get classified, a weekly report sums things up, and you can ask questions like “Why did downloads drop?”. Twinstats does the math, the AI writes.
Keyword rankings and visibility, category charts, competitors, text and localization checks, plus AI suggestions for keywords, texts and screenshots.
No SDK integration and no app update needed. Twinstats reads the data directly through the official Apple and Google APIs.
At Apple an API key with the Sales and Reports role, at Google a service account with read access. The setup assistant shows you every click.
Drag & drop the .p8 or .json file. Twinstats checks the access right away, finds all apps and shows which role is still missing for which data.
The last 12 months are loaded, then everything updates on its own: statistics every 6 hours, reviews every hour.
Store credentials are sensitive. Twinstats is built from the ground up to keep them that way.
Twinstats needs no admin rights and cannot change anything in your store accounts. Replies to reviews are only sent after your click.
API keys are stored in the database encrypted with AES-256-GCM only and are never sent back to the browser.
Twinstats runs on its own servers at Hetzner in Germany. No sharing with third parties.
AI insights can be switched off per workspace and are off by default. Review texts go to Anthropic without author names, store keys and account data never.
No cookies on the website, no ad networks, no third-party fonts. We measure reach anonymously with self-hosted Umami.
Password or passkey, secure sessions, an activity log and the option to sign out everywhere at once.
Twinstats keeps growing. People on the waitlist help decide what comes next.
Invite colleagues, assign roles (admin, viewer) and keep client apps separate from your own.
Step by step through the Apple and Google access – with an access check that shows which role or permission is still missing.
Weekly report, alerts when crash complaints rise, ASO events and fetch problems – configurable per person.
The interface is available in German and English and can be installed as a web app on phone and desktop.
Rankings and competitors are available for the App Store today. Google Play follows as soon as there is a clean, legal data source.
Fair plans for indie devs and small studios. Details come with the beta.
Comes with the beta. People on the waitlist hear about it first.
Twinstats is a web dashboard that brings together the statistics of your apps from App Store Connect (Apple) and the Google Play Console: downloads, revenue, payouts, ratings, conversion and crash rates – per app and for both stores in one view. On top of that come an ASO module and optional AI insights.
For indie devs and small studios who publish apps on the App Store and Google Play and no longer want to collect their numbers from two consoles. Twinstats also works if you are in only one of the two stores.
From Apple: sales reports (downloads, updates, revenue), financial reports, the app catalog and store texts, reviews and optionally the analytics reports for impressions, conversion and crashes. From Google: the statistics, sales and earnings reports from the report bucket, store texts, reviews and the crash and ANR rates from Android Vitals.
No. An API key with the “Sales and Reports” role at Apple and a service account with read access at Google are enough. There is no SDK and no app update. The access check shows which additional role unlocks which data – for example payouts or replying to reviews. Only the impressions analysis on the App Store has to be unlocked once by Apple with an admin key; that key is not stored.
Keys are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM only, never logged and never sent to the browser. The servers are located at Hetzner in Germany, there is no sharing with third parties and no ad trackers.
Twinstats updates statistics every 6 hours and reviews every hour. Apple usually provides daily reports the next day, Google updates its monthly reports continuously. When you first connect, the last 12 months are loaded.
Apple delivers net proceeds after commission per currency. Google delivers gross prices; Twinstats deducts taxes and the store fee and marks these values as estimated until the monthly settlement arrives. All amounts are converted to euros at the European Central Bank's daily rate. Next to that you see the actual payouts according to the financial reports.
Yes. The ASO module tracks keyword rankings on the App Store, shows visibility, category charts and competitors, checks your store texts and localizations, and uses AI to suggest keywords, texts and screenshot improvements. For Google Play there are text checks and AI suggestions; rankings follow as soon as there is a clean data source.
Only if you turn it on in your workspace: it classifies reviews, warns when crash complaints rise after an update, writes a weekly report, answers questions about your numbers and drafts replies to reviews. Twinstats always does the math itself. It uses Claude by Anthropic; author names and store keys are never sent.
Yes. The interface, emails and AI texts are available in English and German; you choose the language in your profile, or it follows your browser.
Pricing is not fixed yet and will be published when the beta starts. People on the waitlist hear about it first.
Twinstats is already running in production with real apps. The beta opens step by step; invitations go out in waitlist order, first to devs with apps in both stores.
Sign up and tell us briefly what you work with. The first invitations go to indie devs with apps in both stores.
Built by an indie dev who publishes apps on the App Store and Google Play – out of the daily need to keep an eye on both consoles.
